CareEdge is growing — and we are looking for dedicated, NMC-Ghana registered nurses who want to earn more, serve patients better, and work on their own terms. If you are a registered nurse in Ghana who is interested in professional home nursing, this guide explains exactly how joining CareEdge works.
CareEdge is designed to work alongside your existing hospital employment or other commitments. You choose which visits to accept and when. There are no minimum visit requirements. Work as much or as little as your schedule allows.
CareEdge nurses earn supplemental income on top of their existing salary. Active nurses on the platform earn meaningful additional income each month, depending on how many visits they take. Payments are made promptly after visits are completed.
Working within the CareEdge system exposes you to clinical supervision, doctor interaction, digital clinical documentation, and a standard of practice that will strengthen your professional skills. You are not working in isolation — you are part of a supervised clinical team.
CareEdge provides a complete digital platform — GPS check-in, structured clinical forms, automatic family notification, and direct communication with the clinical team. This makes your work more efficient, more accountable, and more professionally satisfying.
Currently accepting applications in Eastern Region, Accra, and Kumasi. If you are in another region, contact us — we are expanding.
